Blending system to prepare Nitrox; blending in low pressure and continuous flow makes of it a safe, quick and easy system.

With this system no oxygen dedicated equipment is requested. ( this means a good save of money ! )

The system works with any brand and type of compressors for breathing air and high pressure.

To produce trimix two steps are necessary: first charge heliair in the percentage needed and,  then, add

   Nitrox.

BASIC has not got the O₂ solenoid valve  so in case of anomaly the operator gets warned by a visual and

   sonorous alarm

The unit, positioned before the compressor, needs a few minutes for the installation and nothing has to be

   modified if you need charging only air.

The system has the possibility to be  upgraded, in a second moment, with the GENIUS or  the KING system and to blend at the same time O₂ and He

The system  is CEE certified

Blending unit has the size of approx a “shoe box” and weights only 5,5  Kilos

The Kit includes:

Box in stainless steel 316 with blender and a O₂ analyzer,  a O₂  pressure reducer, pipes and  clamps, use and maintenance manual, a cd Best Mix  to help you prepare Nitrox and Trimix blends.

Spare parts:

Electronic panel, oxygen sensor, O₂ and He pressure reducers, rapid clutch.

Maintenance:

The system must be protected from rain, sand, sun not to damage the electronic elements

Warranty:

The blender has a life time guarantee,  the other parts have a 24 months international guarantee
